This course will give you the muscle-memory and understanding of body mechanics to do basic kettlebell exercises safely, properly, and injury-free. The starting with the basic kettlebell swing, working on those often neglected posterior chain of muscles – your hamstrings, gluten, back, and shoulders — that are so important for staying healthy and enjoying virtually any sport or recreational activity. We then cover a series of exercises including the deadlift, press, and the graceful multiple-motion whole-body “Turkish get-up,” an exercise that will make you a force to be reckoned with.
