Candice Brueck, PT, ATC, CLT

Candice joined the Timberlane Physical Therapy staff in October 2002 after moving to Vermont from Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Purdue University (1992) and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware (1994). She completed her training to become a certified lymphedema therapist in 2003. She has an extensive background in working with athletes from high school to Olympic levels, including serving as an athletic trainer at the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in Atlanta.

Candice’s areas of interest include the treatment of the foot/ankle, shoulder, and lymphedema. Her treatment philosophy is a whole body approach, as the sum is only as strong as all the parts put together. She has a strong focus on patient education, in order to give people the tools necessary to manage injuries or perform rehabilitation activities independently.

In her spare time, Candice enjoys spending time with her husband, Gregg and infant daughter, Amara. She stays active with yoga, Pilates, hiking, and gardening. She also is a permitted wildlife rehabilitator, caring for orphaned or injured animals in order to return them to their natural environment.
